How else can you rate the overall quality of a spirit if not judged by the experts as well as the event it is associated with? THE BAR AND RESTAURANT SHOW is one of the largest trade events for the food and beverage industry for 12 years running and has attracted thousands of professionals from restaurants, bars and clubs, food and beverage buyers and professionals from throughout the United States and the world. Our Judges will represent all sectors of the Industry. They include USBG Mixologists, Educators, Beverage Directors, Columnists, Writers, Sommeliers, Chefs and On-Premise Owners. All Judges will follow and utilize a proven numerical evaluation system that will promote reliable and consistent results.
