DEADLINE
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY June 15, 2012
All products and payment must be received by June 15, 2012 at
152 Simsbury Road-Building #8-Avon, CT 06001.
All necessary forms should be submitted online, by fax, mail, e-mailed or included with product to the
Competition office by June 15, 2012 deadline.
The entry fee for each spirit entered is $400 and the wine $100 per entry.
